Friday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost three years ago!)...$62,770.87 from an original $75! 
They've broken the $62,000 level!
Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $620, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $3100+ a week! That's over thirty-six times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 650 (SIX HUNDRED FIFTY) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 670 times the original bill...
Is that just pitiful, or what?
I hope for her sake that Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! ;-)

Assessment Billing Late & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $59,000! (#665)

Just as credit card companies send their billing late to consumers in order to generate late fees when the hapless card users send it back to them, Fox Management continues it's similar tradition.
The billing, due on the 20th, still has not arrived.
If payment is late, Fox imposes a $25 late fee.
Logic dictates that Fox is either...

• Totally inept at dealing with paperwork and sending billing out or
• Is doing this deliberately to generate late fees.

Judge for yourself.

UPDATE: Today's (4/22) mail arrived with the assessment billing.
The envelope's postmark is "April 21st", at least two days after it should have been mailed.
Further proof of either incompetence or deliberate malfeasance on Fox Management's part.

Bicycle Stolen (3) & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $58,000! (#663)

Since the bicycle was stolen from a still-locked laundry room, and only unit owners and residents have keys, logic dictates that one of them is the thief.
There are four with motive and means.
Tomorrow we'll name the suspects in descending order of probability...

Keep in mind that these are suspects!

Nothing has been proven, or disproven...yet!

1. Adam Kroshus  Damaged the bike when he placed his oversized dresser/entertainment center in the corner, jamming the bike against the wall. Since he's being billed for repair/replacement, perhaps he thinks by eliminating the evidence, he can avoid paying.  He had already disposed of the dresser, so getting rid of the other part of his incompetent handling of the situation seems like an obvious move.
2. Carol Krengelis  Was pissed-off when I put my bike where she kept hers in the '58 laundry room/storage space.  I graciously moved my bike so she could have the space back (though I was under no obligation to do so), yet her irrational anger persisted.  Has since screamed at me in public several times without provocation.  Is her sanity going, if not already gone?
3. Diego Arce  Seems easily manipulated, as evidenced by his voting against his (and the condo's) best financial interests, several times.  Did someone trick him into doing the dirty deed?  And is that someone...
4. Eddie Foss  I don't think he would have the guts to do it himself, seems to prefer to use others as his cats-paws.  With his training in psychotherapy, he has the skills to manipulate the weak-minded.  I would classify anyone who votes against their own fiscal self-interests, like the other Board members, as weak-minded.

Who's guilty? Who's innocent?

Is Carol Krengelis Fiscally Competent? & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $55,000! (#657)

In her capacity as condo Treasurer (and later, President), so-called "business analyst" Carol J Krengelis voted several times to turn down a $150 a month deal for a common-area space she allowed to be rented for only $10 a month (to fellow Board member, art therapist Eddie Foss).
As a result of this, among several other poor decisions, the condo appears to now be operating at a loss (according to the annual financial statement)!
If that's how she handles something that affects her own financial well-being, how could she be trusted to handle something not related to her own best interests?
I wouldn't trust her to balance my piggy bank, much less anything of real value.
