Waiting for Gutless (18) & Fox Management Group (#210)

Since it's been a week since art therapist / Board member Eddie Foss has failed to respond to my information request, I'll be making the matter more public (and potentially far more embarrassing) on Monday...
It'll have to be Tuesday, since a tight-deadline project reared it's head over the weekend...
Posted. Let's see if the rat takes the cheese...

and...
Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008(almost a year ago)...$650.12, from an original $75!
Note; now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $6, it's really starting to mount up, at a rate of $30+ a week!
And, it's over 200 (two hundred) late charges, and almost a full year...
I hope Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! ;-)

Foss Flooded, NO Assessment, PLUS Waiting for Gutless (12) & Fox Management Group (#204)

Eddie's $10 per month 200-square foot basement living space in '58 has flooded out due to intense rain, and our cleaning company, Enterprise Building Sevices, was here this weekend to clean up the mess...at additional charge to the condo, of course!
More good money after bad...

Speaking of that, the monthly assessment notice hasn't arrived!

In the usual news...
I believe the ED-iot is becoming desperate.
The fact that he's been unable to remove the posters has generated buzz within the condo that claims by the Board about my being wrong might not be true! (Of course, they're NOT!)
Add to that, with Spring arriving, several unit owners are putting their homes up for sale (or rent), and they'll have to explain my signs (which are at ground level, and thus the first things you see when you enter in front or back) to any prospective buyers.
More as it develops...

Waiting for Gutless (5) PLUS: The ED-iot Strikes (#0df) & Fox Management Group (#197)

On June 4th, I wrote...
On May 1st I detailed how art therapist Eddie Foss "lost it" and screamed at me on the street in front of the condo on May 30th. I encountered him yesterday in the back yard of the condo.
He grudgingly apologized, muttered something else (which I believe was meant to mitigate and
minimize the apology, at least in what's left of his mind), then hastily fled.
Since I didn't hear his statement clearly, I emailed Eddie last week...
Eddie:
My thanks for the apology you made while you were doing laundry in the '58 and '60 laundry rooms yesterday.
However, because you were turning away to lock the door of the '60 basement while you spoke, your statement after the apology was somewhat muffled.
I caught a couple of words... "indefensible"... "moving"...and "basement". The rest was garbled. I would appreciate it if you could repeat or even expound on what you said.
Semantics are everything, as you well know.
That's why I always ask for clarification.
I loathe misuse of the language and the misunderstandings it creates. I'm sure you agree such misunderstandings are to be avoided at all costs.
In that spirit, I await your reply.
Mr. B
PS: as I have pointed out in the past, just as you stated publicly that you prefer to be addressed as "Ed", not "Eddie", I prefer you address me as "Mr. B", not "Brian".
If you choose to not do so, I will address you as "Eddie". Your call. I'm waiting for a reply.
No reply.
Are you surprised?
I'm not.

Fiduciary Insurance (2), The ED-iot Strikes (#0cx) & Fox Management Group (#191)

I noted on the late (and extremely-incomplete) 2008 Year-end Status Report that no mention is made of "fiduciary insurance", though building, liability, and workman's comp (which Mara Feldman-Fox has asserted has never had any claims posted against it) are all specified.
Does Claremont, in fact, have fiduciary insurance, and, if so, what insurance company carries it?
I posed that question to Mara and the Board in an e-mail today.
I'll let you know what they say (if they even respond...)
Well, they DID respond, or rather Stephanie Brodsky, the nemesis of The Skuls of Burr Oaks, did.
Since we're still in discussion, I won't post the info until the exchange is concluded.

In the usual news...
I believe the ED-iot is becoming desperate.
The fact that he's been unable to remove the posters has generated buzz within the condo that claims by the Board about my being wrong might not be true!
Add to that, with Spring arriving, several unit owners are putting their homes up for sale, and they'll have to explain my signs (which are at ground level, and thus the first things you see when you enter in front or back) to any prospective buyers.
More as it develops...
and...
Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008...$532.85, from an original $75!
Note; now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $5, it's really starting to mount up, at a rate of $25+ a week!

Fiduciary Insurance, The ED-iot Strikes (#0cw) & Fox Management Group (#190)

I noted on the late (and extremely-incomplete) 2008 Year-end Status Report that no mention is made of "fiduciary insurance", though building, liability, and workman's comp (which Mara Feldman-Fox has asserted has never had any claims posted against it) are all specified.
Does Claremont, in fact, have fiduciary insurance, and, if so, what insurance company carries it?
I posed that question to Mara and the Board in an e-mail today.
I'll let you know what they say (if they even respond...)
