UPDATE: Mail came, and as usual, the assessment is late.Today, the 22nd, the assessment billing finally arrived along with a woefully-incomplete 2010 balance sheet (loaded with red ink), and hysterically-inaccurate year-end statement, as well as terse minutes for the last Board meeting, which I'll be de-Orwellizing over the next few days!
I believe Fox Management is either truly desperate to raise money thru late fees or it's totally incompetent in handling billing.
Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost three years ago!)...$47,982.34 from an original $75!
They've broken the $47,000 level!
Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $470, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $2350+ a week! That's over twenty-seven times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 600 (SIX HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 550 times the original bill...
Is that just pitiful, or what?
I hope for her sake that Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! ;-)
