("Why?" is unknown, it's not as if any of Eddie's pitiful pieces of crude self-expression is worth preserving.)
And, since there's no separate electricity meter to the space Eddie's using, the power is coming off the Common Area power feed.
According to Fox Management's own records, power usage for the Common Area doubled the month after Eddie moved into the '58 Basement Living Space, and has remained consistently-high ever since.
Yet, Eddie hasn't contributed a single cent towards the Common Area electricity bill, which is taken from our assessments!
(Technically, since Eddie pays assessments [sometimes] he does contribute [1/13th of the bill], but why are we subsidizing him?)
Thief or Leech?
Either way, the EDiot is getting a free ride that most unit owners are unaware of!
Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 ( three years ago!)...$127,048.87 from an original $75!
They've broken the $127,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $1200, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $6000+ a week! That's over one hundred and thirty times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 700 (SEVEN HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 1300 times the original bill...
Isn't that just pitiful?
But then, what can you expect from Mara Feldman-Fox, someone with only a bachelor's degree in accounting and NO other accreditation, whatsoever?

I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals!
But I doubt it... ;-)
