FOX-64 Returns & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $118,000! (#735)

The FOX-64 silver-gray SUV was in front of Claremont yesterday afternoon and well into the evening.
Was business analyst Carol Krengelis doing the horizontal mambo with the middle-aged male driver?
Were they creating The Beast with Two Backs?
We can only speculate...

And as long as he was here, the driver could've dropped off a check and avoided my posting...
Friday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost three years ago!)...$118,500.78 from an original $75! 
They've broken the $118,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $1000, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $5000+ a week! That's over one hundred and thirty times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 700 (SEVEN HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 1300 times the original bill...

Isn't that just pitiful?
But then, what can you expect from Mara Feldman-Fox, someone with only a bachelor's degree in accounting and NO other accreditation, whatsoever?

I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! 

But I doubt it... ;-)

Fox-64 Returns (2) & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $82,000! (#698)

An interesting addendum to yesterday's note about the middle-aged driver of the silver-gray FOX-64 SUV.
It only took about an hour in total to install the two air conditioners into Kommissar Krengelis' windows.
Yet, the driver was up in her unit for several more hours!
Was Business Analyst Carol Krenglis "reimbursing" him?
And if so, what "currency" was she using?
And was it "value received"?

Wednesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost three years ago!)...$82,117.28 from an original $75! 
They've broken the $82,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $820, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $4100+ a week! That's over fifty times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 690 (SIX HUNDRED NINETY) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 940 times the original bill...

The silver-grey SUV with license plate FOX-64 is back, and Kommissar Krengelis suddenly has an air conditioner in her window.
Coincidence?
Is there a silver-haired, middle-aged Fox in the henhouse?

Note: neither Eddie Foss nor Diego Arce has air conditioners.
The two Board members are now the only ones in Claremont Condos who are without the life-saving appliances in this record-breaking heat.

Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost three years ago!)...$81,304.24 from an original $75! 
They've broken the $81,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $810, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $4050+ a week! That's over fifty times the amount they originally owed!

The silver-gray SUV with the FOX-64 plates was here late Friday afternoon, until well after dark.
Considering that the lights were off in business analyst Carol Krengelis' unit, one can only speculate as to what was going on up there between her and the middle-aged male driver of the vehicle...

Monday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (two years ago!)...$14,262.71 from an original $75!
They've broken the $14,000 level!
Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $140, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $700+ a week! That's more than septuple the amount they originally owed!
It's over 500 (FIVE HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 180 times the original bill...
Is that just pitiful, or what?
I hope for her sake that Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! ;-)

Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $6,000! (#441)

The silver-gray SUV with the FOX 64 plates was here this afternoon.
Curiously, an air conditioner appeared in Carol Krengelis' window almost simultaneously!
Makes you wonder what quid pro quo is going on...

Wednesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost two years ago!)...$6,349.06 from an original $75! (Monday was Memorial Day, thus not billable.)
They've broken the $6,000 level!
Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $62, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $310+ a week! That's more than quadruple the amount they originally owed!
It's MORE THAN 400 (FOUR HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is almost 80 times the original bill...
Is that just pitiful, or what?

Personally, I think she's a terrible role model for her kids, demonstrating financial irresponsibility (not to mention arrogant stupidity) as being a good thing!
