Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $250,000! (#810)

Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 ( over three years ago!)...$250,027.82 from an original $75! 

They've broken the $250,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $2500, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $12,500+ a week!

It's over 800 (EIGHT HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 2600 times the original bill...

Isn't that just pitiful?

But then, what can you expect from Mara Feldman-Fox, 

someone with only a bachelor's degree in accounting and 

NO other accreditation, whatsoever?

I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! 

But I doubt it... ;-)

Monday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 ( over three years ago!)...$247,552.30 from an original $75! 

They've broken the $240,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $2400, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $12,000+ a week!

It's 800 (EIGHT HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 2600 times the original bill...

Isn't that just pitiful?

But then, what can you expect from Mara Feldman-Fox,

Mara Feldman-Fox: STILL Unlicensed?

On October 1st, 2011, all property managers for condos 10 units or more were required to register for a business-specific license.
(Claremont has 12 units with one foreclosed.)
As of today, November 11, 2011, there's no indication that Fox Management Group, Mara Feldman-Fox, Stuart Fox, and/or their "associate" Stephanie Brodsky, are registered or even applied for registration.
But then, it took them more than eight years from the first inquiry by the Better Business Bureau before they bothered registering with them, so...

Of course, if they have (at minimum) applied, they're welcome to provide verifiable info to disprove the allegation...

BTW, since today's a holiday, the banks are closed, and we don't bill late fees on holidays (or weekends).
And, for the record, the amount Fox Management owes me is over $240,000!
