The ED-iot Strikes (#0cb) & Fox Management Group (#169)

I believe the ED-iot is becoming desperate.
The fact that he's been unable to remove the posters has generated buzz within the condo that claims by the Board about my being wrong might not be true!
Add to that, with Spring arriving, several unit owners are putting their homes up for sale, and they'll have to explain my signs (which are at ground level, and thus the first things you see when you enter) to any prospective buyers.
More as it develops...
and...
Thursday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008...$428.13, from an original $75!
Note; now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $4, it's really starting to mount up, at a rate of $20+ a week!

Light FINALLY being repaired?(7), The ED-iot Strikes (#0ca) & Fox Management Group (#168)

The Board is finally making a move to repair the '60 ground-level porch light which has been out of order since March 28th. (almost a month)
Of course, it might have taken them this long to raise the money to do the repair...
After a month of being out-of service, the light fixture in back of '60 was finally replaced today.
Whether it will work or not remains to be seen...
It works...unlike Fox Management!

The FOX-XX SUV returned today at noon, an elderly gentleman (Stuart Fox?) carrying food exited from it, called someone on his cellphone and was buzzed into the condo grounds. He proceeded to '58 and entered.
Since every other time I saw him, he was in the company of Board member and business analyst Carol Krengelis, and since Carol J Krengelis lives at '58, it's reasonable to assume he was here to see her.
But, every other time I saw them together, it was at the end of the business day (3:30 or after).
Why would Carol, who works at the office of a non-profit (which recently had massive layoffs), be home now? Unless...
(This, of course, is assuming it is Carol he's here to see...)

Response to the BBB, Light FINALLY being repaired?(5), The ED-iot Strikes (#0bz) & Fox Management Group (#166)

Mara posted an unusually quick and courteous response to our Better Business Bureau complaint, making a promise to deliver the 2008 Common Expenses (Yes, that's 2008!) by May 20th or so.
We'll let you know if she comes thru, or screws up yet again...

Speaking of screwing up yet again...
The Board is finally making a move to repair the '60 ground-level porch light which has been out of order since
March 28th. (almost a month)
Of course, it might have taken them this long to raise the money to do the repair...
The light fixture has been disassembled. No progress has been made on it's repair since Tuesday.
The area is still dark...and potentially-hazardous!
And, as of tomorrow, it'll be a full month the fixture has been out of service!

The minutes for the March 31st Board meeting were not with the late-arriving assessment bill.
Considering how little our Board Secretarry, art therapist Eddie Foss, has to do, you'd think he'd at least be able to write one page of text.
But then, it took him two months last time, and that was with a half-dozen spelling and grammar errors on one page!

Canned Eddie, The ED-iot Strikes (#0bt) & Fox Management Group (#160)

Since it was warm today, I laid down Ortho Home Defense Max around the perimeter of our garden unit to keep out insects who will shortly be emerging.
As I was dong so, art therapist Eddie Foss pulled up to the curb in his blue Toyota.
I ignored him.
He made a big show of remaining in his parked car, whipping out his cellphone, calling someone (or pretending to call someone) and talking animatedly, repeatedly glaring at me while doing so.
After I finished, I went back inside, still ignoring him.
He remained in his car, talking (or pretending to talk) for around 20 minutes, before finally going into the building.
It's like dealing with a pre-schooler...

Sadly, I doubt it...

Why haven't we received the 2008 Common Expenses report, as required by law; specifically, Condominium Code 605/18.5.(c)(2)?

Return to the BBB, The ED-iot Strikes (#0bl) & Fox Management Group (#152)

As a matter of course, I check previously-posted links to see if they've been removed or altered.
Imagine my surprise when I went to the link for this Better Business Bureau case against Fox Management...
Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6
and found...
11/05/08 Reopen the Complaint
11/05/08 Out of Purview--Setting Prices
11/05/08 Inform Consumer--Setting Prices (Which BTW, the BBB didn't do!)
11/05/08 Case Closed as Beyond Purview
Just curious, but isn't price gouging within the BBB's purview?
At any rate, what was a loss due to the BBB's incompetence in linking two unrelated cases has become a tie.
So the Claremont WhistleBlower / Fox Management Score is now:
1 win / 1 loss / 1 tie.
And with the new case filed yesterday, it'll soon be 2 wins, (for us!)
Of course, you'll be informed of the contents and disposition after it's finished...

Didn't attend the Board meeting at M's request.
She believes either Eddie or Carol, due to their their frustration in trying to deal with me, will physically attack me.
I disagree. I think they're both cowards and / or bullies who don't dare do anything when people can see them. Their actions, as detailed in this blog, seem to confirm this theory.
But, to humor M (and because the newest meeting location is almost two miles away from the condo), I didn't go.
