Return to the BBB, The ED-iot Strikes (#0bl) & Fox Management Group (#152)

As a matter of course, I check previously-posted links to see if they've been removed or altered.
Imagine my surprise when I went to the link for this Better Business Bureau case against Fox Management...
Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6
and found...
11/05/08 Reopen the Complaint
11/05/08 Out of Purview--Setting Prices
11/05/08 Inform Consumer--Setting Prices (Which BTW, the BBB didn't do!)
11/05/08 Case Closed as Beyond Purview
Just curious, but isn't price gouging within the BBB's purview?
At any rate, what was a loss due to the BBB's incompetence in linking two unrelated cases has become a tie.
So the Claremont WhistleBlower / Fox Management Score is now:
1 win / 1 loss / 1 tie.
And with the new case filed yesterday, it'll soon be 2 wins, (for us!)
Of course, you'll be informed of the contents and disposition after it's finished...

In other news...
I believe the ED-iot is becoming desperate. The fact that he's been unable to remove the posters has generated buzz within the condo that claims by the Board about my being wrong might not be true!
More as it develops...
and...
Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008...$361.55, from an original $75!
Note; now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $3, it's really starting to mount up, at a rate of $15+ a week!
