Light FINALLY being repaired?(6), The ED-iot Strikes (#0c) & Fox Management Group (#167)

The Board is finally making a move to repair the '60 ground-level porch light which has been out of order since March 28th. (almost a month)
Of course, it might have taken them this long to raise the money to do the repair...
After a month of being out-of service, the light fixture in back of '60 was finally replaced today.
Whether it will work or not remains to be seen...

The FOX-XX SUV returned today at noon, an elderly gentleman (Stuart Fox?) carrying food exited from it, called someone on his cellphone and was buzzed into the condo grounds. He proceeded to '58 and entered.
Since every other time I saw him, he was in the company of Board member and business analyst Carol Krengelis, and since Carol J Krengelis lives at '58, it's reasonable to assume he was here to see her.
But, every other time I saw them together, it was at the end of the business day (3:30 or after).
Why would Carol, who works at the office of a non-profit (which recently had massive layoffs), be home now? Unless...
(This, of course, is assuming it is Carol he's here to see...)

In other news...
I believe the ED-iot is becoming desperate.
The fact that he's been unable to remove the posters has generated buzz within the condo that claims by the Board about my being wrong might not be true!
Add to that, with Spring arriving, several unit owners are putting their homes up for sale, and they'll have to explain my signs (which are at ground level, and thus the first things you see when you enter) to any prospective buyers.
More as it develops...
and...
Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008...$419.71, from an original $75!
Note; now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $4, it's really starting to mount up, at a rate of $20+ a week!
