Did Eddie Foss Earn his Master's degree? & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $98,000! (#716)

Though Board member / art therapist Eddie Foss claims to have earned a Master's degree, his inability to spell (or even use SpellCheck) and apparent total lack of writing raises serious doubts as to his credibility in this matter.
His poorly-written Board Minutes, and the fact he can't even spell "Trespassing" (see below)...

... on a sign placed at the wrong location in the '58 Common Area adds to the speculation and casts doubt on his veracity.
My theory is that he bought his Master's thesis.
He's always welcome to prove otherwise...if he can...  :-)

Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost three years ago!)...$98,224.34 from an original $75! 
They've broken the $98,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $980, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $4900+ a week! That's over fifty times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 700 (SEVEN HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 940 times the original bill...

Isn't that just pitiful?

I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! 

But I doubt it... ;-)
