Eddie gets AC & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $109,000! (#728)

Something totally unexpected has occurred!
No, the Board hasn't come to it's senses. That's too much to hope for!
Board member / art therapist Eddie Foss has acquired an air conditioner! (Note: I didn't say "bought an air conditioner." It's more than likely it was given to him out of pity or he salvaged it.)
And, judging from its' battered condition, it's a used (apparently well-used) model!
Well, at least I don't have to do a "well-being check" on him as is recommended for all elderly residents during this heat wave.
This leaves Board member / financial aid manager Diego Arce as the only resident/owner without AC!
Makes you wonder about the state of his finances when he can't even afford a used air conditioner!
Well, he's a young guy, unlike Eddie. Probably hardier.

In other, non-heatwave related, news...
Wednesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost three years ago!)...$109,585.78 from an original $75! 
They've broken the $109,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $1000, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $5000+ a week! That's over one hundred and thirty times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 700 (SEVEN HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 1300 times the original bill...

Isn't that just pitiful?
But then, what can you expect from Mara Feldman-Fox, someone with only a bachelor's degree in accounting and NO other accreditation, whatsoever?

I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! 

But I doubt it... ;-)
