Does Fox & Foss = Madoff (7)? The ED-iot Strikes (#0bh) & Fox Management Group (#148)

They didn't listen to Harry Markopolos about Bernie Madoff.
They TRUSTED Bernie!
Now they're 65 BILLION dollars poorer...

The unit owners at Claremont haven't listened to me about Mara Feldman-Fox.
They TRUST Mara!
The unit owners at Claremont haven't listened to me about Eddie Foss.
They TRUST Eddie!
Will they learn the lesson that cost Madoff's clients their life's savings before it's too late?
Sadly, I doubt it...

An example of misplaced trust in Fox & Foss...
Why haven't we received the 2008 Common Expenses report as required by law?
(It's APRIL, 2009, in case nobody's noticed!)

Didn't attend the Board meeting at M's request.
She believes either Eddie or Carol, due to their their frustration in trying to deal with me, will physically attack me.
I disagree. I think they're both cowards and / or bullies who don't dare do anything when people can see them. Their actions, as detailed in this blog, seem to confirm this theory.
But, to humor M (and because the newest meeting location is almost two miles away from the condo), I didn't go.
SO we'll have to wait and see if they accepted my proposal or not.

In other news...
The cowardly ED-iot has been defeated again.
I believe the ED-iot is becoming desperate. The fact that he's been unable to remove the posters has generated buzz within the condo that claims by the Board about my being wrong might not be true!
More as it develops...

Wednesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008...$347.25, from an original $75!
Note; now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $3, it's really starting to mount up, at a rate of $15+ a week!

Proposal to the Board, The ED-iot Strikes (#0bg) & Fox Management Group (#147)

Letter to the Board before the meeting tomorrow night...
As the original proposal was rejected, we are submitting a new proposal...
1) Have the present tenant of the front room, Eddie Foss, pay the same amount offered by M--$150 per month.
or
2) Rent the currently-unoccupied BACK room of the '58 Basement common area to M for the SAME rate Eddie Foss is currently paying for the FRONT room ($10 per month) using the SAME lease agreement format.
M is graciously willing to pay the same amount despite the fact the back room is smaller and has no natural light.
Of course, repairs to the room's ceiling would have to be completed before the deal is consummated.
(PLUS: A side benefit to the Board in accepting & implementing EITHER of the above proposals is the silencing of B's ongoing complaints about financial misuse of the '58 basement common areas, since the problem would be solved!)
We look forward to the discussion and vote.

Mara Fox Lies? The ED-iot Strikes (#0bf) & Fox Management Group (#146)

In previous adventures...
We had revealed how Mara Feldman-Fox had, shall we say, fudged her resume.
We also revealed how she listed memberships in professional organizations she had not been a member of for a decade hereand here.
Now, we have a new item that, apparently is not as it seems...
on her updated resume she now lists...
Candidate Master's in Economic Crime Management, Utica College, NY
I e-mailed admiss@utica.edu...
I'd like to confirm that Mara Fox (or Mara Feldman-Fox) is, in fact a "Candidate Master's in Economic Crime Management, Utica College, NY" as she lists on her credentials page...
The admissions office responded...
I am replying back to your inquiry. I don’t have a Mara Fox listed as student here.
She stated she is a candidate, which might mean that her file is still at our Utica Online office and isn’t completed yet.

I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt.
But, considering her penchant for obfuscation, I suspect her efforts to achieve a Master's degree are merely the product of her deluded mind.

Side note: the back porch light at ground level is out.
I replaced the bulb, but nothing.
Tested the old bulb and it works, so I believe the socket is shorted out due to the recent rain / snow storm.
I'll let you know if and when it's repaired.
(I'm not informing the Board or Fox of it, as I'm curious to see which of my neighbors will get off their asses and report it to the Board or Fox.)

The cowardly ED-iot has been defeated again.

Missing Minutes (13), The ED-iot Strikes (#0bd) & Fox Management Group (#144)

We finally received the assessement envelope and sent this response to the Board and it's servant...
Received April 2009 assessment (& JANUARY 2009 minutes) on MARCH 24th, 2009.

The envelope was postmarked MARCH 20th 2009, the day it was due.
You'd think with TWO months to write the one-page document, the Board Secretary could've proofread it!
As it is, with no less than a HALF-DOZEN spelling and grammatical errors, it's something even a mere Bachelor of Accounting would be ashamed of.
I'll be distributing a copy (with this letter and annotations & corrections) to unit owners tomorrow.
Of course, anticipating your failure, we had already sent assessment payment, via Priority Mail w/Delivery Confirmation, before this late-arriving document finally appeared in our mailbox.

On another matter, it's interesting to note that the Treasurer DIDN'T attend the meeting.
(To my knowledge, he's the ONLY Board member who HASN'T missed an assessment payment.)
It'll be interesting to see if he shows up for the next meeting.

On yet another matter, the Board meeting location seems to be moving further away from the condo.
It also seems to be moving westward.
Where will the June / July meeting take place; 1820 Clifton Avenue?

In other news...
The cowardly ED-iot has been defeated again.
I believe the ED-iot is becoming desperate. He cannot legally remove anything affixed to our property, and the fact that he's been unable to do so has generated buzz within the condo that claims by the Board about my being wrong might not be true!

Missing Minutes (12), The ED-iot Strikes (#0bc) & Fox Management Group (#143)

Back on March 5th, I wrote...
FINALLY received a response to my request several weeks ago for the JANUARY 2009 Board Meeting Minutes.
(Considering today's MARCH 5th...)
B,
The minutes have not been mailed to the unit owners.
They will be mailed along with the April monthly assessment towards the end of March.
Please look for them in the mail at that time.
Mara Fox
You'll note Mara Feldman-Fox doesn't reveal who was responsible for the screw-up, Secretary Eddie Foss or her.

But, I am a gracious soul. So, for the time being, I'll suspend the "Missing Minutes" timeline until the April assessment arrives...
Well, today, the 23th, was after the assessment (and minutes) were due.
If you guessed they didn't arrive in today's mail, you rank up there with Sherlock Holmes, Miss Marple, and Sam Spade!
Another promise broken by Mara Feldman-Fox and / or Eddie Foss!
And, as you can see by the header, the "Missing Minutes" timeline is back!

In other news...
The cowardly ED-iot has been defeated again.

Two examples of misplaced trust in Fox & Foss...
1) Why haven't we received the JANUARY 2009 Board Meeting minutes as required by law?
(It's MARCH, in case nobody's noticed!)
The January 2009 Board Meeting minutes, which should have been received last month, have been promised for this month, only a week before the next Board meeting!
They, and the assessment billing are due tomorrow, the 20th.
Since the assessments have been arriving anywhere from 3 to 7 days late, I'm not sure if Fox or Foss can be trusted to deliver (or trusted at all)!
2) Why haven't we received the 2008 Common Expenses report as required by law?
(It's MARCH, 2009, in case nobody's noticed!)
I doubt they'll be in the assessment envelope...

The cowardly ED-iot has struck again, this time on our basement storage unit door!
The two posters delineating the less-than-stellar work of Fox and Foss taped to the door, and untouched for months, were ripped off, with shards of tape and corners of posters still affixed to the door!
They have been, of course, replaced.
The posters on our condo unit doors remain intact.
