Missing Minutes (13), The ED-iot Strikes (#0bd) & Fox Management Group (#144)

We finally received the assessement envelope and sent this response to the Board and it's servant...
Received April 2009 assessment (& JANUARY 2009 minutes) on MARCH 24th, 2009.

The envelope was postmarked MARCH 20th 2009, the day it was due.
You'd think with TWO months to write the one-page document, the Board Secretary could've proofread it!
As it is, with no less than a HALF-DOZEN spelling and grammatical errors, it's something even a mere Bachelor of Accounting would be ashamed of.
I'll be distributing a copy (with this letter and annotations & corrections) to unit owners tomorrow.
Of course, anticipating your failure, we had already sent assessment payment, via Priority Mail w/Delivery Confirmation, before this late-arriving document finally appeared in our mailbox.

On another matter, it's interesting to note that the Treasurer DIDN'T attend the meeting.
(To my knowledge, he's the ONLY Board member who HASN'T missed an assessment payment.)
It'll be interesting to see if he shows up for the next meeting.

On yet another matter, the Board meeting location seems to be moving further away from the condo.
It also seems to be moving westward.
Where will the June / July meeting take place; 1820 Clifton Avenue?

In other news...
The cowardly ED-iot has been defeated again.
I believe the ED-iot is becoming desperate. He cannot legally remove anything affixed to our property, and the fact that he's been unable to do so has generated buzz within the condo that claims by the Board about my being wrong might not be true!
More as it develops...
and...
Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008...$327.13, from an original $75!
Wednesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008...$330.40, from an original $75!
Note; now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $3, it's really starting to mount up, at a rate of $15+ a week!
