Does Fox & Foss = Madoff (5)? The ED-iot Strikes (#0bb) & Fox Management Group (#141)

They didn't listen to Harry Markopolos about Bernie Madoff.
They TRUSTED Bernie!
Now they're 65 BILLION dollars poorer...

The unit owners at Claremont haven't listened to me about Mara Feldman-Fox.
They TRUST Mara!
The unit owners at Claremont haven't listened to me about Eddie Foss.
They TRUST Eddie!
Will they learn the lesson that cost Madoff's clients their life's savings before it's too late?
Sadly, I doubt it...

Two examples of misplaced trust in Fox & Foss...
1) Why haven't we received the JANUARY 2009 Board Meeting minutes as required by law?
(It's MARCH, in case nobody's noticed!)
The January 2009 Board Meeting minutes, which should have been received last month, have been promised for this month, only a week before the next Board meeting!
They, and the assessment billing are due tomorrow, the 20th.
Since the assessments have been arriving anywhere from 3 to 7 days late, I'm not sure if Fox or Foss can be trusted to deliver (or trusted at all)!
2) Why haven't we received the 2008 Common Expenses report as required by law?
(It's MARCH, 2009, in case nobody's noticed!)
I doubt they'll be in the assessment envelope...

In other news...
The cowardly ED-iot has gone back into hiding!
Nothing was removed from either the condo unit or the storage doors.
I believe the ED-iot is becoming desperate. He cannot legally remove anything affixed to our property, and the fact that he's been unable to do so has generated buzz within the condo that claims by the Board about my being wrong might not be true!
More as it develops...
and...
Thursday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008...$317.52, from an original $75!
Note; now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $3, it's really starting to mount up, at a rate of $15+ a week!
