Proving that last month's on-time mailing was the exception that proves the rule, as of today's mail delivery, the September 2009 assessment bill (and hopefully, July 2009 board meeting minutes) is, as usual, late.
However, the assessment bill did arrive today, minus the July 2009 board meeting minutes.

Friday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (over a year ago, now!)...$937.25, from an original $75!
Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $9, it's really starting to mount up, at a rate of $45+ a week! They'll break the $1,000 level around Labor Day!
And, it's almost 250 (two hundred fifty) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 10 times the original bill...
I hope for her sake that Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! ;-)
