Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $96,000! (#714)

Thursday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost three years ago!)...$96,288.93 from an original $75! 
They've broken the $96,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $960, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $4800+ a week! That's over fifty times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 700 (SEVEN HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 940 times the original bill...

Isn't that just pitiful?

I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! 

But I doubt it... ;-)

Wednesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost three years ago!)...$95,335.58 from an original $75! 
They've broken the $95,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $950, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $4750+ a week! That's over fifty times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 700 (SEVEN HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 940 times the original bill...

Isn't that just pitiful?

I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals!

They've broken the $94,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $940, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $4700+ a week! That's over fifty times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 700 (SEVEN HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 940 times the original bill...

Isn't that just pitiful?

Minutes & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $93,000! (#711)

The Minutes read like a memo instead of a properly-formatted document.

There's a listing for "necessary front door repairs and refinishing", which, in fact are UNnecessary, unless one of the Board is looking to up the place's "curb appeal" as a prelude to bailing.
(The last time such work was done, a Board member sold their unit [at a loss] within a month of the work being finished!)
And with Business Analyst Carol Krengelis recently renovating her unit..is a rat jumping ship?

Contact '58 2E agent to request signs be removed and unit cleaned.
It's been almost a year since the foreclosure on the unit and nothing's been done.
There's months of unpaid assessments hanging on the condo association due to what I believe is Mara Feldman-Fox's failure to handle this properly.

Laundry rules and regulations, adopted unanimously by Board of Directors.
Talk about "rearranging deck chairs on The Titanic"...
And the kicker is, they didn't even include the "rules and regulations" in the mailing!
As Bugs Bunny would say "Wotta bunch of maroons!"
Or as I would say "Wotta bunch of EDiots!"

And here's a doozy...Next meeting date to be determined!
Looks like they're scared of actually announcing where they'll be next...or if there'll even BE a next meeting!

The assessments bill finally arrived yesterday, along with one of the poorest examples of condo minutes I've ever read.
Makes me wonder if Eddie Foss actually wrote his Masters thesis or bought it.
We'll go into detail about it on Monday.

Assessments LATE AGAIN! (2) & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $91,000! (#709)

As of yesterday, June 22nd, the assessment billings still haven't arrived as Fox Management Group continues it's tradition of what I call "deliberate incompetence" sending the billing out late so it'll arrive late and then end up being paid late so they can generate "late fees".
We, of course, have NEVER had a late fee, unlike Board Members Eddie Foss or Carol Krengelis, who couldn't pay on time even when the billing went out on schedule!
Note: We don't know if Diego Arce has been late, but we wouldn't be surprised....

As of yesterday, June 21st, the assessment billings still haven't arrived as Fox Management Group continues it's tradition of what I call "deliberate incompetence" sending the billing out late so it'll arrive late and then end up being paid late so they can generate "late fees".

Did you know...that in the entire history of Claremont Condos (over a decade), there has never been an audit???
(Even though it's a simple financial safeguarding procedure that experts like Mark Pearlstein recommend be done, at worst, every five years!!!)
NONE has ever been recorded in the condo's minutes, as required by law (And I have a complete set!)
What financial misdeeds are Eddie Foss, Carol Krengelis, Diego Arce, and Mara Feldman-Fox hiding???
