Assessments LATE AGAIN! & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $90,000! (#708)

As of yesterday, June 21st, the assessment billings still haven't arrived as Fox Management Group continues it's tradition of what I call "deliberate incompetence" sending the billing out late so it'll arrive late and then end up being paid late so they can generate "late fees".
We, of course, have NEVER had a late fee, unlike Board Members Eddie Foss or Carol Krengelis, who couldn't pay on time even when the billing went out on schedule!
Note: We don't know if Diego Arce has been late, but we wouldn't be surprised....

Wednesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost three years ago!)...$90,708.53 from an original $75! 
They've broken the $90,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $900, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $4500+ a week! That's over fifty times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 700 (SEVEN HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 940 times the original bill...

Isn't that just pitiful?

I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! 

But I doubt it... ;-)
