Minutes & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $93,000! (#711)

The Minutes read like a memo instead of a properly-formatted document.

There's a listing for "necessary front door repairs and refinishing", which, in fact are UNnecessary, unless one of the Board is looking to up the place's "curb appeal" as a prelude to bailing.
(The last time such work was done, a Board member sold their unit [at a loss] within a month of the work being finished!)
And with Business Analyst Carol Krengelis recently renovating her unit..is a rat jumping ship?

Contact '58 2E agent to request signs be removed and unit cleaned.
It's been almost a year since the foreclosure on the unit and nothing's been done.
There's months of unpaid assessments hanging on the condo association due to what I believe is Mara Feldman-Fox's failure to handle this properly.

Laundry rules and regulations, adopted unanimously by Board of Directors.
Talk about "rearranging deck chairs on The Titanic"...
And the kicker is, they didn't even include the "rules and regulations" in the mailing!
As Bugs Bunny would say "Wotta bunch of maroons!"
Or as I would say "Wotta bunch of EDiots!"

And here's a doozy...Next meeting date to be determined!
Looks like they're scared of actually announcing where they'll be next...or if there'll even BE a next meeting!

Monday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost three years ago!)...$93,457.09 from an original $75! 
They've broken the $93,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $930, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $4650+ a week! That's over fifty times the amount they originally owed!
It's over 700 (SEVEN HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 940 times the original bill...
Isn't that just pitiful?
I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! 
But I doubt it... ;-)
