Exterminator & Fox Management Group Defaults, Owes OVER $2,700! (#356)

I e-mailed this to the Board and their servant, Mara Feldman-Fox, on Friday...
Today, we noted an exterminator being led around by Eddie, who had to take time from his busy schedule, and who hustled out right after the exterminator left.
Of course, Eddie HAD to be present, as he has the ONLY key to the Boiler Room (there's yet to be an intelligent explanation from Mara or Eddie for that) and his adjacent $10-a-month '58 basement Living Space.
This begs the question of why the exterminator was called in the dead of winter!
Obviously, someone had seen/encountered a mouse and/or rat on the condo grounds.
Questions...
How many Claremont Condo units have reported sightings/encounters/captures/kills?
Was the location '58 or '60 (or both)?
And these are the easy questions...
Wait'll we get to the Common Expenses, stolen ladders, and other goodies!
As of this entry on Monday (three days later), I have yet to receive a response...
Monday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (over a year ago, now!)...$2,774.02 from an original $75!
They've broken the $2,700 level!
Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $27, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $135+ a week! That's more than the amount they originally owed!
It's over 350 (THREE HUNDRED FIFTY) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 34 times the original bill...
Is that just pitiful, or what?
I hope for her sake that Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! ;-)
She's a helluva role model for her children, isn't she?
