The Minutes (2) & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $3,300! (#374)

Now that Fox has received our assessment payment, we followed up with the usual e-mail...
In order to accommodate Mara Feldman-Fox's "special needs", we will break the "other matters" into several bite-sized e-mails...
And we'll attach the usual paperwork pdf with the next note...

1) Eddie's Napoleon Complex.
Like most men who are short of both stature and length, art therapist Eddie Foss seems obsessed with demonstrating his control over others.
Have a look at the attached photo.

It's an interesting sign posted on the door leading from the boiler room to the rest of the common area of '58's basement.
Considering Eddie has previously claimed that he's ONLY renting (albeit illegally), the FRONT room of the common area, apparently he's now claiming the WHOLE common area!
As it is, since he has the ONLY keys to the boiler room, he IS, in fact, in sole possession of the condo's '58 basement common area!
And, it's for only $10 a month, which he gets back at the end of the year, so in essence, it's FREE!
(Not even counting the common area electricity he leeches and doesn't pay for, as well.)
Plus: "trespassing" is misspelled!

Eddie Foss has a Master's degree?
Geez, he can't even use spellcheck...
Well done, Business Analyst Carol Krengelis and Financial Aid Manager Diego Arce!
Your financial acumen in choosing a $120 a year deal (which you return anyway) instead of a $1,800 a year deal is astounding!

2) The Stolen Ladder
We note, that despite Mara's statement that the stolen ladder matter would be discussed and dealt with, no mention of it was made in the Minutes.
It makes sense if one of the Board was responsible for the crime...
And, of course, another in a series of lies and broken promises by Mara Feldman-Fox.
(Buy them, trade them, collect them all!)

More to come...

Note: as before, "no response" will be taken as tacit agreement with accuracy of information as written, and will be posted as "though offered the opportunity before posting, no correction by Fox or the Board".
We've received no response. Surprised?

Friday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (over a year ago, now!)...$3,318.12 from an original $75!
They've broken the $3,300 level!
Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $33, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $165+ a week! That's more than the amount they originally owed!
It's over 350 (THREE HUNDRED FIFTY) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 40 times the original bill...
Is that just pitiful, or what?
I hope for her sake that Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! ;-)
Personally, I think she's a terrible role model for her kids, demonstrating financial irresponsibility (not to mention arrogant stupidity) as being a good thing!
