The Minutes & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $3,200! (#371)

In the minutes (send with the assessment) secretary / art therapist Eddie Foss claimed...
"Vanity sink found in boiler room. Will discard."
"Found"?
Since Eddie has the ONLY key to the boiler room, and as the sink belongs to Eddie's bff, Adam Kroshus, how was it..."found"?
Want proof?
Note Kroshus' sale listing for his unit sez  "...(new) pedestal sink in bathroom."
And, I was on-site a couple of weeks ago, when workmen off-loaded kitchen and bathroom elements with Kroshus' name on ALL the boxes...
The sink that was replaced wasn't put out with the garbage, although other replaced elements were tossed out.
And, no one else has done renovations recently...
"Found"?
Really, Eddie.
You can do better than that.

My favorite line in the ad:
"Good condo association that takes care of issues immediately."
Maybe for their bffs, and each other. Certainly not for the rest of us...

Note: as before, "no response" will be taken as tacit agreement with accuracy of information as written, and will be posted as "though offered the opportunity before posting, no correction by Fox or the Board".

I'll be keeping an eye on this...and on you.

Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (over a year ago, now!)...$3,220.54 from an original $75!
They've broken the $3,200 level!
Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $32, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $160+ a week! That's more than the amount they originally owed!
It's over 350 (THREE HUNDRED FIFTY) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 40 times the original bill...
Is that just pitiful, or what?
I hope for her sake that Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! ;-)
Personally, I think she's a terrible role model for her kids, demonstrating financial irresponsibility (not to mention arrogant stupidity) as being a good thing!
