My lawyer is suggesting I file a slander suit in Small Claims court, especially since you did it in front of witnesses.

What's the source of the remainder ($850)?
2) How can the amount for assessments collected be higher than the budget (by $391)?

Let's start with the lies and / or ommissions in each candidate's "mission statements"
Financial Aid Manager Carol J Krengelis:
"Attended all Board meetings in the last nine years" (Actually missed two that I attended and she didn't. Minutes back me up)
"Timely collection of assessments" (Including her own? She's missed payments!)
The phone number listed is her old office number. No longer valid as she's no longer employed at the company!
Financial Aid Manager Diego Arce:
"In my profession I am used to dealing with disbursing millions in federal air money and auditing student accounts. This of course would assist me in position of Treasurer."
Then why are we in the red?
The phone number listed as a "home phone" is a cellphone listed in Lombard that doesn't pick up. It goes to a garbled voice mail message!
Art Therapist Edward V Foss:
Nothing but meaningless gibberish and buzzwords.
NO phone number listed, either work or home!

Dear Mara:Oddly enough, there was no early moring response from Mara!
1) The list contains the names of current unit owners and the units they own.
It does not have the unit owners' addresses in cases where the owners rent out, and do not actually live in the units.
Your unwillingness to provide the contact information, as required by law, is acknowledged.
2) Why didn't you simply admit you don't have an answer in the first place, instead of the incessant, childish, "Well, why don't you do it?"?
3) As B has pointed out, you have more than one child, which you've acknowledged.
You also acknowledge your car can, in fact, accomodate two adult passengers (albeit, perhaps, not comfortably, but it is a mile to mile-and-a-half trip, not cross-country).
You apparently just don't want B in your car, or at the meetings, for that matter.
That smacks of unprofessionalism.
In my job, I deal regularly with people I don't particularly care for.
It's called "business".
If you can't separate "business" from "personal", I suggest you find another line of work.
4) I find it odd that the financials aren't available before the election.
It smacks of information being kept from voters that could affect how the vote goes.
There's no reasonable explanation of why the financials couldn't have been reviewed and approved at a January meeting that took place over two weeks after the end of the previous year!
At any rate, I'm still filing with the BBB, as I'm curious to see what explanation you offer them to explain the unwarranted delay.
I thank you for this enlightening look into how you operate.

C'mon.
You don't drive a two-seater.
As a working mother, any vehicle you do drive can accomodate several children or at least three adults.
(In fact, doesn't the Fox family and / or Fox Management have a silver or gray SUV with "Fox-##" license plates? God knows it's parked here often enough.)
You have room for at least two adult passengers if not more.
So the offer is a deliberate attempt to exclude me.
Not surprising.
And, just as a matter of record you've stated that you DO have more than one child!
To quote you in an earlier e-mail: "I named my children (note plural) particular names..."
So, whether it's two or ten, it's MORE than one.
Remember, I archive everything.
So, when one of your earlier statments contradicts a later one, I have the evidence on hand!

1) What purpose does this list fill?
It does not answer my request for unit owner's addresses, and the information was part of the initial package of documents I received when I bought the unit.
2) I will ask, again, the initial question, which you've chosen not to answer; "Why don't the current Board members (host the meetings)? Is there a problem?"
Disturbingly, answering a question with a question indicates you have no reasonable answer. It's a high school-level debaters' stratagem.
Your statement "I unfortunately, have a small car so there would only be room for you." seems inaccurate, since no mother with several school-age children drives a two-seater.
You seem intent on proving B's portrayal of you as correct.
I thought he was exaggerating. Apparently, he wasn't.
Most disturbingly of all, you totally ignored the question "When will we finally see the overdue 2009 Common Expenses and Year-End Report?"
Regrettably, I guess the only way I'll get an answer to that one is to file yet another complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
