As it has been exactly one month since you uttered your slanderous statements and have been unable to vindicate yourself by presenting any evidence, we will take it as given that you lied and there's no point continuing to ask for proof you don't have, anyway...(And, of course, no response from Coward Krengelis...)
A flyer detailing this matter (including your failure to defend yourself) will be distributed to all non-Board (& friend) residents about your slander.
My lawyer is suggesting I file a slander suit in Small Claims court, especially since you did it in front of witnesses.
And since it was a personal, not Board matter, you can't hide behind being a Board member to avoid the consequences.

In other news...
Monday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (almost two years ago!)...$4,747.50 from an original $75!
They've broken the $4,700 level!
Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $45, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $235+ a week! That's triple the amount they originally owed!
It's MORE THAN 400 (FOUR HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is almost 62 times the original bill...
Is that just pitiful, or what?
I hope for her sake that Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! ;-)
Personally, I think she's a terrible role model for her kids, demonstrating financial irresponsibility (not to mention arrogant stupidity) as being a good thing!
