Board Meeting & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $160,000! (#767)

With a Board meeting scheduled for tonite, we conveyed the following to them...
Keep in mind that, had you taken M's more-than-gracious offer to lease for $150 a month the '58 basement space (Board Member & art therapist) Eddie (Foss) supposedly pays $30 a month (previously only $10 per month) several years ago, the condominium association would have over $5,000 more in the bank than it does now.

Note that M graciously still offers the following terms...
1) Lease the front room of '58 Basement for $150 per month under exactly the same contractual terms Eddie presently leases it for.
or
2) Lease the back room of '58 Basement for the same rate Eddie supposedly pays for the front room ($30 per month).

Since you're presently considering raising the assessments yet again (or imposing a special assessment) to cover shortfalls due to foreclosures and failures of several owners to keep up their assessments (probably including one or more Board Members), you may accept that we will present this information both as printed flyers and on the Internet to the other owners, and let them judge your self-serving actions and hypocrisy for themselves.

I seriously suggest you take M's deal to reduce the financial burden on the other owners (including yourselves).
We'll see how they respond...

Note: the meeting is scheduled at a location over a mile away from the condo, in a locale where the only public transportation stops running before the meeting's end!
But, it's not a deliberate choice by Mara Feldman-Fox and the Board (or so they say)...

Wednesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 ( over three years ago!)...$162,931.50 from an original $75!
They've broken the $160,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $1600, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $8000+ a week!
It's over 750 (SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 2100 times the original bill...
Isn't that just pitiful?
But then, what can you expect from Mara Feldman-Fox, someone with only a bachelor's degree in accounting and NO other accreditation, whatsoever?
I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals!
But I doubt it... ;-)
