Board Meeting Minutes (2) & & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $280,000! (#822)

Today, items actually in the Minutes!
Basement foundation leak-Continues to be a problem in the SW corner of the '58 basement and the problem need to be evaluated for possible repair from the interior.
Since this is the '58 basement space Board Member / Art Therapist  Eddie Foss rents for $10 a month, only he has actually seen the so-called "problem".
(Interesting that a man who claims to have a Master's degree can't write a descriptive sentence containing all the pertinent information, eh?
Maybe he didn't so much "earn" his degree as "purchase" it...perhaps with a thesis he didn't write?)
I believe Eddie's trying to access funds for work he claims has to be paid for in cash (but will never be done), claim it's been done, then utilize the money for his personal use as he is currently underemployed/unemployed and has probably recently missed either mortgage or assessment payments. (He has missed assessments in the past)
Torn screens due to tuck-pointing of south facade in summer of 2011 to be repaired.
A visual check of the south facade windows shows no torn screens!
All screens are intact!
So what would the allocated money be used for?
Perhaps the same use as the previous item?
Note: the only damaged screens in the building are Diego Arce's, but they are on the east and west facades and are clearly ripped outward from inside!
(And the Venetian blinds for the same windows are also damaged...also from the inside!
Is Diego Arce also trying to ride the Board Member gravy train?
Despite his stupidity, I thought he was honest, at least!

More on Monday.

Friday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 ( over three years ago!)...$281,737.60 from an original $75!
They've broken the $280,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $2700, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $13,500+ a week!
It's over 800 (EIGHT HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 2600 times the original bill...
Isn't that just pitiful?
But then, what can you expect from Mara Feldman-Fox,
someone with only a bachelor's degree in accounting and
NO other accreditation, whatsoever?
I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals!
But I doubt it... ;-)
