Board Meeting Minutes (3) & & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $280,000! (#823)

More Minutes Madness...
Glass block invoice-The invoice is outstanding, the bank (that owns 2E '58) is responsible for the payment.
Why?
The Glass blocks are basement windows on both sides of the building.
What does a second floor unit have to do with them?
Laundry room-Lights being left on, newspapers being put on laundry tables, windows being left open and littering continuing.
1) Thanks to modern lightbulb technology, bulbs burn 1/4 of a penny of power per day, so the EDiot and company are bitching about 30 cents a month.
Considering EDiot's dehumidifier in his $10 a month '58 basement space, which leeches off the common-area power feed, uses $15-$30 (or better) of electricity a month, I'd think they'd be a bit more indignant about that...but since it's the EDiot's energy-wasting machinery, no mention is made of that. (And the fact that the Association is losing $20 or more a month on EDiot's illegal occupation of the space!)
2) Many condo laundry rooms have small libraries of books or periodicals for people to read while doing their wash.
Why do the Board members fear knowledge?
Like most despots, they don't want their subjects to be kept informed about the truth.
3) Now that cold weather has come, the windows seem to be shut.
They were open during the summer to allow ventilation and cooling, much as the Board members (including art therapist Eddie Foss and financial aid manager Diego Arce, who couldn't afford air conditioners) did with their own windows.
4) I've seen no "littering" except the occasional dryer sheet.
Much like Republicans, the Board emphasizes minor or irrelevant matters to draw attention away from their own follies.

More tomorrow.

Monday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 ( over three years ago!)...$284,554.98 from an original $75!
They've broken the $280,000 level! Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $2700, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $13,500+ a week!
It's over 800 (EIGHT HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 2600 times the original bill...
Isn't that just pitiful?
But then, what can you expect from Mara Feldman-Fox,
someone with only a bachelor's degree in accounting and
NO other accreditation, whatsoever?
I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals!
But I doubt it... ;-)
