All quiet on the ED-iot front.
Putting the signage in a frame seems to have stopped the ED-iot's vandalism.
Friday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill...winding up the year at $189.54, from an original $75! (No billing for New Years' Day, but Friday will be billed.)
I'm taking action on this matter. Thanks for the suggestions, especially the Claremont Condo residents...
