As you may be aware, the Association has been experiencing a rodent infestation in '60.As is usual with Mara Feldman-Fox, her interpretation of reality and reality differ quite a bit.
We have attempted to determine the entry point for the rodents in hopes to take the necessary measures to close the access points.
Recently, Jeffrey’s Plumbing and Heating Service Inc. inspected your unit.
Attached is a report of their findings.
Jeffrey feels strongly that the repairs listed are required to stop the rodent activity inside the building.
The Board of Directors will allow 30 days to complete these repairs, March 16, 2012.
If the repairs are not completed times, the Board will take whatever actions it deems necessary to resolve this serious problems, not limited to fines and hiring contractors to complete repairs.
The Board of Directors reserves the right to inspect the unit to determine if repairs are in compliance with Jeffrey’s Plumbing and Heating Service Inc.’s report.
We've already shown how she faulty her math skills are since she listed March 16th as 30 days after Feb. 16th, when actually it's March 17th.
We go into her lapses of logic tomorrow...
Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (over three years ago!)...$480,703.56 from an original $75!
They've broken the $450,000 level!Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $4500, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $25,000+ a week!
It's over 800(EIGHT HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 2600 times the original bill...
Isn't that just pitiful?
But then, what can you expect from Mara Feldman-Fox,
someone with only a bachelor's degree in accounting and
NO other accreditation, whatsoever?
She's not even registered as a property manager, as required by law!
