Who's Upstairs? (13-16) & Fox Management Group Defaults, OWES OVER $400,000! (#868-871)

Busy week.
Between attending to Valentine's Day sales on my on-line shops, dealing with people poking holes in the walls, and Valentine's Day with M, I haven't had time to post.
It turns out the people I ran into last Wednesday were the plumbers, not the exterminators.
But they were there seeking out how the rodents were getting into the building.
We found at least one access point in the wall between our kitchen and bathroom where the drainpipe goes into the ground.
However, we also found extensive water damage to the drywall from a leaking bathtub/shower faucet!
As a result, the plumber didn't seal the opening, since the cement wouldn't cure and set properly in the humid environment.
We contacted our insurance company and are awaiting word from them as to how to proceed.

Friday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (over three years ago!)...$452,844.50 from an original $75!
Monday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (over three years ago!)...$457,372.94 from an original $75!
Tuesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (over three years ago!)...$461,946.67 from an original $75!
Wednesday's total for Fox Management Group's still-unpaid bill from July, 2008 (over three years ago!)...$466,566.14 from an original $75!

They've broken the $400,000 level!Now that the 1% per workday cumulative late fee is over $4000, it's really mounting up, at a rate of $20,000+ a week!
It's over 800(EIGHT HUNDRED) late charges, and now the amount (with late fees) is over 2600 times the original bill...
Isn't that just pitiful?
But then, what can you expect from Mara Feldman-Fox, 
someone with only a bachelor's degree in accounting and 
NO other accreditation, whatsoever?
She's not even registered as a property manager, as required by law!
I hope for her sake Mara's better with her library books and DVD rentals! 
But I doubt it... ;-)
